South Beach House

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Zuid a lot.
Our Apartment was very clean and generally in decent shape. except for a few odd bits and pieces.
One of the Electrical sockets above the couch is not working and should be replaced. Also, the kitchen could use some additional lighting, it's quite dark. The WiFi is usually very fast (~400Mbps) but it went offline 3 or 4 times during our stay. Try replacing the router, it's a cheap piece of ziggo rubbish.
Now for the good bits;
All of Zandvoort is perfectly accessible from here by foot.
You're only one intersection away from the sea.
Our neighbours where very respectful and quiet.
Heating works very well.
The kitchen has everything you could ever want, except for a whisk.
Bathroom isn't the biggest, but it's modern and clean, allthough there's no where to plug in your hairdryer as the bathroom doesn't have any electrical sockets. Consider bringing your own extension cord.

Uitstekend appartement direct bij het strand! Goed bed, prima douche en een goed uitgeruste keuken, meer heb je niet nodig voor een weekendje weg.

Ich hatte hier eine gute Zeit!
Die Wände zu den anderen Zimmern sind sehr dünn 🤔

The place is cozy but small. The kitchen has only a sink with no place to cook and is right next to the bed. The parking is paid for and is quite close. Smoking is forbidden on all premises.

Is verouderd en gewoon niet schoon. Veel kapot en duidelijk niet onderhouden.
Verhuurder was wel heel coulant en probeerde gebreken wel op te lossen.

Die Wohnung war in einem schlechten Zustand. Schimmel und Flecken an den Wänden und Decken. Ein Ventilator war defekt. Es war unerträglich heiß an manchen Tagen. Das Gasherd ist defekt und ließ sich nicht zünden. Auf den Sofas waren Flecken. Schimmel in der Dusche. Ein Fenster ist defekt. Es lässt sich nicht korrekt schließen. Bei jedem Windstoß schlägt das Fenster gegen den Rahmen. Sehr störend beim Schlafen. Wassertank an der Kaffeemaschine beschädigt. Alles in allen ist die Wohnung in einem schlechten Zustand gewesen.
