We had a steak there on our first evening of a four night stay in Leiden. Both our meals were excellent... so good that we went back on our last night for the ribs despite having lots of other eating place choices in Leiden. Again, the meals were excellent, 'help yourself salad' nice and fresh. Also the restaurant was very comfortable and calm and the service was perfect... non-intrusive and very friendly. Prices totally reasonable. Can't praise them enough. If you love great steak cooked to perfection, go there!

Three of us ate there and had ribs, steak and chicken. We loved it and all three dishes were cooked to perfection. I was a bit dubious about the salad bar when I saw it on the menu (they can be a bit nasty sometimes) but it was all fresh and really tasty. Def recommend.

The food was great, steak was fantastic. Service was perfect, staff were smiling and attentive. Atmosphere was very authentic too. Although there were many people, it felt quite and relaxing...certainly recommended.

According to my own experience this is the only one restaurant in NL with a real well cooked steak! I’m comparing it with a steak which I had in Buenos Aires (where I lived for a while) - yes, in this restaurant you can have a real Argentina steak. Exceptionally well cooked. The staff is very friendly and attentive. We was there with family for a dinner after museum and my child 8 years old had a steak - he loved it and he completely finished his meal.
Me and my husband took ribeye steak and cooked vegetables as a side dish - was very good. House wine is nice too. Salad bar does’t look good so we won’t use. The atmosphere in the restaurant is very pleasant: warm, but not hot, good ventilation. the restaurant was full but not noisy. we reserved a table. We will come back for sure and thank you for nice evening
So after one week we came here again… it’s going to be our favorite steak house, guys, cause they are perfect 👍

The steaks and meat were extremely tender and full of smoky, roasted flavour from the barbecue. Wine was decent and service was very friendly. A must try for foodies!

Very good food. Nice atmosphere. Friendly waiters. Nothing fancy though (the bottle touched the glass when pouring :) ).

Classic steakhouse feel (booths and cosy) and wonderful cocktails at an amazingly fair price (a genuine surprise). The meat quality is good and fries or jacket potatoes come with the steak, instead of being a separate item. There is also a salad bar. I went here with some friends and we were tempted to go to Gauchos up the street initially but I'm really glad we tried this place instead.

Excellent food with great atmosphere. Meat was outstanding and salad buffet was high-quality. One of the best dinner places in Leiden!

Awesome place to eat steaks and ribs. Friendly waiters, good prices. Steak was really good as well as baked potato which is included in price. Salad buffet doesn't have a big variety of vegetables but it's not a big issue. Ribs were crispy and very tasty.
In overall - highly recommend this place.

One of the best ribeyes I've ever had. Quiet Sunday evening so it wasn't busy, but food was out within just a few minute. Great meal and great service!
