Sinds mijn huurwoning verkocht is en onder beheer van Tweelwonen valt is er niks anders dan gezeik. Ik huur mijn woning op basis van een inclusief contract. Nu Tweel de gestegen kosten niet kan verhalen op de huurders in het pand hebben ze besloten om de thermostaat overdag uit te zetten. Op de vraag hoe dit in de winter zal gaan wanneer de temperaturen echt koud worden krijg je domweg geen antwoord omdat dit blijkbaar teveel moeite kost. Alles verdwijnt achter slot en grendel en het enige waar Tweelwonen vooral goed in is is het sturen can vermanende Emails met regels en beperkingen.
