Yogic Life is the best thing that could ever happen to me! My yoga teaching training (RYT 200hrs) had such a profound impact in my knowledge and in my being.

When describing Zdenka (the main teacher) to my friends i often called her a Loving Drill Sergeant. She is neutral, honest but also caring. She helps you break out of your comfort zone (this transmitted into my daily life as well). A well put together program which made me into a confident yoga teacher and to me finding more self love.

I have only the best things to say about Yogic Life's training program and the wise and compassionate guidance of Zdenka through the process. This program is a broad and yet detailed exploration of yoga in its many forms, with balanced attention paid to philosophy, physical form, meditation and breathwork, teaching skills, and more. It was simultaneously challenging and nourishing, intense and relaxing, explorative and a homecoming. Zdenka does a beautiful job of creating community and of preparing students for a life of teaching and learning. I wholeheartedly recommend this program with gratitude and pleasure.

If you want to become a yoga teacher or would like to discover more about yourself, I recommend you to do the Yogic Life teacher’s training in Leiden. It has been an incredible experience for many reasons: the content (practical, but above all theoretical) and the teachers, especially Zenka, have been incredible. She is not only knowledgeable, but caring and is a great support for any student.

I did the online yoga teacher training during Covid. It was intense as we had classes almost every day for three months while I was working full-time but one of the best things I have ever done. Zdenka is an amazing teacher and person, I really enjoyed the variety of classes and yoga styles and learned a lot about myself. Even though it was online I felt very close to Zdenka and the other student.

Wonderful training in all aspects of yoga going deep into physical and mindful understanding of what it means to become a teacher for the ones around you and yourself. Thank you Zdenka!

Met enorm veel plezier heb ik de RYT 200 training gevolgd bij Yogic Life. Wat een mooie en bijzondere ervaring. Stap voor stap neemt Zdenka je mee door de yoga training. Ze voelt feilloos aan waar je behoefte aan hebt en speelt daar met de lesstof op in. Het volgen van de training is mijn beste beslissing van 2023 geweest. Afgelopen jaar heb ik de yoga teacher training gevolgd bij Zdenka. Het was een jaar vol nieuwe inzichten, fijne opleidingsdagen en hele goede begeleiding in je ontwikkeling als docent.
