Great value for money department store. I love there selection of sliced meats, their cakes, smoked sausages, socks, tissues which are marked 'nose' (for those who are unsure what to clean with them...., I wonder if their toilet rolls are labelled 'ass'). Always worth a quick visit and browse.

They sell everything in this shop, food, make up, underwear, clothes, toys... and my favorite... I love home and office stuff, everything you need, or you don’t need but it’s cool, It’s original, stylish and affordable!
It’s a place to buy an authentic gift with a reasonable budget!

Hema is the place to get general products for a good price. The quality is good and you can find a least one item in most Dutch households. If you want try the rookworst or tompouce it's worth it ;)

Well, what can I say to a place which has a great reputation? The employees are all nice and speak good English.. the place is tidy and very organized, love it! You can find almost anything here.. from cutlery (cup, glass, spoon, fork, bowl, plate, etc), party supplies (candle, party hat, paperbag, balloon, ribbon), school supplies, clothes, cosmetics, kids toys, your bike stuffs, even household appliances from bathroom, kitchen, and bedroom. Well, like I said, ANYTHING. You have no idea where to buy something? Try HEMA first. Really!

A shop where you can find everything you need. They're affordable with good quality. A very recommended shop. The staffs are helpful too.
