Great service, I didn't pay the extra €25 for delivery but they were going in that direction anyway and delivered the bike to my front door. Great service will definitely use them again.

Found a folding bike through their online listing. Staff was very friendly, installed all accessories and I left happy with a new folding bike. The store is absolutely huge (don't be fooled by the front). They have a big selection of used bikes too.

I was hunting for a very particular size of frame on an e-bike. I called the store and was helped immediately by a very friendly guy who told me to come by and take a test ride. After a few adjustments, and some chat about the bike, I was sold! I highly recommend this place. Super friendly and a great selection! 👍

Very friendly staff and great sales on the used bikes in the back of the shop. I bought a classic dutch bike for only 89,00€ in perfect condition and even got a free service check-up voucher included. Can absolutely recommend this place to everyone!!

Nice, helpful staff and a lot of options. Now wonder they're quite busy. Because I'm short and looking for a 26-inch-wheel, low-frame used bike, which is rare, Andrei really took his time to find me a suitable one and give great advices. My friend and I both bought what we wanted. And Souf is super nice, too! Definitely gonna recommend to my friends!

My husband, son, and I all bought used bikes here when we moved to Leiden. The staff was very friendly and helped us pick bikes that would work well for us. I like that the bikes come with a warranty and a free maintenance check after 1 month. I would definitely recommend this place.

First of all, they have pretty great deals on used bikes including the better brands (gazelle etc). And their service is great, and if you have any problem during warranty they'll get it fixed really fast

Flat rear tire. Got it repaired. Got flat again in short time. Repaired with no extra charge! Mega service, kind staff, good location, highly recommended :)

I buy 2 bicycles here, and was wery happy, the price for bike was wery good, both bikes was cheked before i buy it, and still ewerything fine, after couple weeks i coe back for free bike cheking, they make a small adjustments for bikes, and it's still ride good! They have a lot of bicycles in the shop. if you need a bicycle, just go and loock what they have!

A little language problem but several employees were helpful with repair it took 2 attempts but no extra charge for the 2nd which included a part (never inexpensive).
Go see them they have a wide selection.
