Een gezellige en leerzame proeverij, gegeven door een ervaren en deskundige gastheer. Geen moeilijk jargon of gewichtig geneuzel, maar een helder verhaal in begrijpelijke taal.
Het is leuk om met elkaar onverwachte nieuwe smaken en wijnstreken te ontdekken. De groep was gezellig en de geserveerde hapjes waren heerlijk en pasten goed bij de wijn. Persoonlijk vond ik de zachte epoisse kaas met witte bourgogne de combinatie van de avond.
Ik sta niet langer meer met zo'n vraagteken op m'n voorhoofd voor het wijschap. Warm aanbevolen!
