Excellente service. Trui gekocht in Den Haag, maar mocht geruild worden in maastricht. Eerst prettig telefonisch contact en ruilen ging goed. Personeel is vriendelijk. Personeel was op de hoogte. Ze krijgen een 10 voor klantenservice.
