Le Bon Vivant

Had a fantastic seven-course dinner and each course had something special and unique. Everything was cooked to perfection. The highlight for me was the langoustine with a Tom Kah sauce. Kind service and good wine arrangement. I also appreciate that it was all cooked with low fat, so we weren't totally full even after seven courses.

Can't say nothing bad about the food because I left the table satisfied, but what I really like is the basement like interior, very nice place to bring a date

We had a three and a half hour dinner here. Every plate was a surprise with flavor combos bordering on the bizarre but brilliant... and look at these little mushrooms, look at how cute they are.

Very nice environment. There is a full vegetarian gastronomic menu which is very good and innovative. Team is pleasant as well. Service is yet a bit slow. They offer wine pairing by half glasses, which was for me the perfect quantity. However, be informed that it's not half the price of full glasses (30€ vs 41€)

Amazingly creative and tasty dishes. Had the 7-course menu. One of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Service was excellent as well. Very, very recommended!

Seriously one of the best dinners I've had in my life! A multitude of tastes and a variety of ingredients. Each course is unique and contains new flavours.
Normally, as a vegetarian you have to make do with what you get and are often disappointed in restaurants, especially expensive ones. But here, the vegetarian menu was just as well thought out and delicious.
Very eagerly recommend!

Creative and exciting menus including wine menu. Frankly thrilling good food! 5 or 7 couverts. My wife and I consider it starworthy.

Delicious food that changes with the creative direction of the chef. Cocktails and wine are on point and I recommend as a solid date night meal. Atmosphere is perfect and cozy. Cost check is a nice touch.

We had another magical evening in Le Bon Vivant on friday enjoying the new 7 course gastronomic menu from Chef Bjorn a chef who I believe is true creative star quality ! We will be back next time we’re visiting Maastricht as Le Bon Vivant is now our favorite place in town !

We had the Sylvester menu at Le bon vivant, what a pleasure. Matching wines with a 7-course menu with a lot of culinary surprises; and awesome service from the young staff! I would recommend a visit!
