Fantastic experience! The 6 course dinner was exceptional, truly a piece of art. The staff was very kind and handled everything perfectly down to the last detail. If you are into fine dining then this is the place to be.

An over the top wonderful experience for our group of 10.
All of our dishes were very tasty, and beautifully presented.
Also the evening had some of the best wine service we’ve ever had in a Michelin starred Restaurant BRAVO for a great performance. Finishing the evening by taking our coffees in the caves next-door made for a super fun evening.

Absolutely 5* amazing experience, staff were outstanding, food was out of this world and 100% value for money, we had summer evenings experience on the terrace, cannot recommend enough, thank you guys xxxx

Celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary here. It was perfect and elegant. The quality of the food, the wine, the wine pairing, the staff were all wonderful, even though a man in the cave did NOT appreciate my sense of humor but that's okay. I played Las Vegas and did many shows there and he won't ever do that. He was great at lighting the candles with his handy dandy little flame thrower, except for a few that he missed but a kind friendly blond young lady took care of the candles which were just too powerful for him.

Excellent experience. Food is perfect in taste, texture and presentation, with food-moments that exceeded expectations. Service is very professional, with a pleasant personal touch. You realise the professionalism when one receives a warm welcome, there's an anticipation of needs and, a fond farewell. We would like to thank Chef Raymond, Leo and the whole team of the Oostwegel Family for an unforgettable day.

We had the 8 course meal with wine. Came on a Sunday and received world class service. Staff were very accommodating to a gluten allergy in our party. Beautiful building, garden, and wine cellar. The staff even gave us a brief tour! Food was amazing. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

We had a wonderful experience at the amazing Chateau Neercanne. The staff was impeccable. They were nice, funny, attentive, knowledgeable and last but certainly not least— attractive! The food was amazing and they were knowledgeable about my gluten free diet and even brought me gluten free bread. The scenery is amazing, the Chateau is beautiful inside and out. We were able to get a quick tour of the wine cellar but if time permits, have a drink there before or after your meal. We had an amazing 8 course meal with wine pairings as well as a delicious homemade kombucha liquor drink to start. It is not a cheap meal, but you definitely get what you pay for! Celebrate a special occasion and soak up every minute!

Wonderful food in a wonderful setting! There are two restaurants here so make sure which one you booked! I mistakenly went to this one which is in the old horse stables. What a pleasant surprise and experience! Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed the fit between a triple A location, ambiance and food. In my opinion it is one of the best experiences to treat yourself with the best that Southern Limburg has to offer!

The Historic Chateau is a beautiful place to visit with family and pets. Superb views, nice short walk, free parking, a lovely terrace for drinks and coffee. Superb dinner place in a room with amazing ambiance. I think the romantic hotel is adding to the character an element of time travelling. Visitors receive a first class welcome with drinks and a small tour of the estate. The rooms are a dream and the views are adding to the exclusivity of the Chateau. Look out for the cafe, the wine cellars and vineyards, the tours in the Jesuits cave...... Enjoy this marvelous place. Is well worth a visit.

We had a 3 course lunchtime meal. What a great place. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

I've visited several 1 to 3 star Michelin restaurants and they are in the podium. Excellent quality, great care for the costumers, beautiful location and tasty proposals. Just one note: I'd never propose a white wine for sweetbread... But may be it's my personal view . Recommended, will be there again and again :)

This is truly an amazing experience.The food is fantastic, the location is utterly enchanting, and the staff are super attentive and really work to give you a wonderful night out. You'll be talking about this meal for years to come.

One of the best restaurants I have been to. The food is of pristine quality, the staff is ever so helpful and the location... it's beautiful. You really feel like you are away from the everyday world when you gaze down upon the private garden and the meadows across. Very peaceful and very authentic.

Full transparency; I have been coming here for over 10 years now. The "mergel" caves are a very romantic and private place (with a interesting history) to have an appetizer. Great champagne and wine! Don't worry, you won't get lost in the caves.

Dining in the chateau is a premium experience. The outside terrace is an absolute must-do on beautiful summer evenings.

I have been to the Chateau twice for dinner now and have had amazing experiences both times! A friend had recommended this restaurant and it was so wonderful that we returned the next time we were in town. The first time I went with my boyfriend, who is in the F&B industry and was equally impressed. The second time we brought our friends for a double date and everyone had an amazing time. As a tourist visiting the area with food allergies, they were extremely accommodating and wonderful. Both times we had the tasting menu. The food is incredible, the wine pairings were perfect, the ambience is romantic and it’s upscale enough to be an awesome night out while relaxed enough not to be pretentious. In good weather, make sure to take advantage of a glass of champagne on the beautiful terrace. Consider this a “must” on your next trip to Maastricht. You will not be disappointed!

A historic little castle with a lot of stories surrounding the area with underground tunnels all the way from the world war times. Went for a walk and laterally felt like a trio to the past. Amazing views and scenery. Would definitely recommend to go for a walk/hike and was a day well spent!!

The view was phenomenal but didn’t compare to the outstanding fresh food and attentive service. The entire experience from arrival to departure was like being transported to a time where the only thing that mattered was who you were with and what you were talking about. We went for lunch and the price was very reasonable- we both had a 3 course meal with accompanying wine and paid only $135 which for the quality of food was a very fair price.
Getting to this restaurant was the only difficult part as Maastricht does not yet have Uber so we had to taxi out there from city center and that cost about $30 one way. However upon leaving the host kindly called a taxi for us.

Fantastic restaurant. Beautiful setting..amazing cuisine. Staff are wonderful and so attentive, especially Kieran. Well worth visiting
