Very welcoming and clean. Great location. Breakfast was excellent. Very much enjoyed our five day stay here.

It was great experience! Very cozy and homey hotel. 10 minutes walk to the center. And only a couple of minutes to the wonderful park with swans, deers - we went to the center through this park. We enjoyed staying both in the hotel and Maastricht.

Very nice hosts, flexible and accommodating. Lovely rather gorgeous lady brought a superb breakfast in a basket, with extremely nice home made bread rolls and croissants, home made jams, fruit salad, yogurt, cereal, cheese, meats, humous. We had the top floor apartment, which is very big, 2 big rooms plus kitchen and bathroom, and a sunny balcony overlooking the quiet back gardens of surrounding buildings and outlook to the St Pieter Fort up on the hill behind. The coffee machine was excellent, grinding fresh beans and pressure pumping the coffee, with a steamer as well.
Overall a really nice place in a great location, a short scenic walk to the center.

Welcoming boutique hotel with great breakfast.

The Pastis is a lovely and welcoming boutique hotel with comfortable beds, a tasteful yesteryear rustic character, interesting layout, good facilities and quality fixtures. Fantastic breakfast served by warm, friendly staff in a comfortable setting - very tasty choices and great range of options for dietary restrictions. Easy to access, just outside city walls, with street parking at reasonable price.

If you are a light sleeper who needs total silence you might want to shut the well-glazed windows to avoid hearing a few late night pedestrians making their way home from a night out up the hill.

We loved the vine crawling up the front of the building with young bunches of grapes hanging, and we enjoyed the cozy balcony in our room too. The staff really made sure that we were well looked after.

I booked the studio for my parents on a recent visit to Maastricht. Raymond was very friendly and accommodating leading up to and during their stay. The studio is ideal for a short stay in town and has all the necessities for a comfortable and quiet stay. I would highly recommend it.

Nice location, center is 10 min away and the Waldeckpark is great place to walk or run. Rooms are nice, large and clean. Staff is helpful and personable, get the breakfast.

Heerlijk hotel op een fantastische locatie! Als wij familie gaan bezoeken verblijven wij hier graag. Kamer zijn gezellig, en de tuin is in de zomer heerlijk om te ontbijten (ontbijt zelf is ook top). Voor touristen is dit ook een ideale locatie, want je loopt langs het park zo de stad in. Voor de wandelliefhebber is de andere kant op veel te beleven! En vergeet het taartje bij Peter Lemmens niet :)

Ik vind het een heerlijk hotel. Stap terug naar vroeger, sfeer van ouderwets familie hotel, maar uitstekende kamers. Goed verzorgd en gelet op details. Fijne locatie.

Petit hôtel à l'ambiance sympa, joliment décoré. Les gérants sont très agréables. Situation parfaite, accès rapide au centre-ville à pieds, tout en étant dans un quartier calme. Parking facile aux abords de l'hôtel.

Fijne plek, gerund door zeer vriendelijke mensen. Ligt mooi tussen centrum en de Sint-Pietersberg in. Je maakt zo een mooie wandeling tot in België en ook tijdens lockdown is Maastricht een fijne plek: er is veel to-go verkrijgbaar en een groot aantal winkels is open voor bestellingen aan de deur.
Geweldig ontbijt dat (afhanklijk van andere gasten) ook in de gemeenschappelijke ruimte genuttigd kan worden. Op onze kamer was ook een tafel met 2 stoelen, zodat we daar 's avonds een afhaalmaaltijd konden eten.
De kamer naast ons was goed te horen, maar we hebben er geen last van gehad.

Wat een fijn, persoonlijk hotel! Wij zaten in de budgetkamer in het bijgebouw om de hoek (Notgerusweg). Prima kamer voor een verblijf in een stad als Maastricht, je slaapt er enkel. Goede bedden! Op loopafstand van centrum én natuur. Parkeren in de wijk voor €6,60 p.d. Heerlijk ontbijt, je kunt zelf aangeven hoe laat je wilt ontbijten (tot 10u) en wat/hoeveel je voor je ontbijt wilt zodat er zo min mogelijk eten verspild wordt. Echt een aanrader!

Zeer aangenaam hotel, uitstekend ontbijt met verse streek producten (de moeite waard). Vriendelijk personeel en de kamers zijn uitstekend te noemen, lekker ruim en schoon. De bedden waren voor onze smaak te hard maar dat is altijd iets heel persoonlijks.
De ligging is ideaal voor een paar dagen Maastricht, Lekker rustige buurt maar binnen 15 á 20 minuten lopen sta je midden in het centrum. Als je de andere kant op loopt sta je binnen 5 minuten in de natuur waar je mooie wandelingen kan maken.

Zojuist weer thuis aangekomen van een heerlijk weekendje Maastricht, met 2 overnachtingen bij hotel Pastis. Ik kan alleen maar vol lof zijn over het hotel. Het ligt heel centraal, alle medewerkers zijn heel vriendelijk, ik voelde me zeer welkom. De hotelkamer was erg ruim met vrij uitzicht en heerlijke bedden. En als kers op de taart 2 ochtenden een heerlijk ontbijt gehad. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!
