Awful daycare/bso. I put my son in for 3 months and each time I came early to pick him up the staff or call them ‘carers’ were on their phones or just chatting away. Barely any watching and felt very chaotic. I did have issues making payments due to my work hours and the Belasting deinst. And they were completely insensitive and resorted fast into bully tactics and using their legal rights against me straight away. Even on 27 dec at 8am I had another deurwaarder and I was so afraid that morning I was physically shaking. Not only was I dissatisfied with their lack of care, but how aggressive they have been in taking the money. I have had over 4 deurwaarders in a short space of time who give me the same documents and whilst I went to court to explain, they didn’t even turn up. after pleading with them not to take a single mother on a
to pay court fees on top of the bill after losing my job and begging them for an arrangement. They aren’t just lazy and neglectful with the kids, they are just in it for the money and even though we have a court order to sort out payments and I’m now seeking help with the Rotterdam gemeente finance team to pay them, ironically today the 4th deurwaarder attended my door whilst I was at the kredit bank trying to sort it, and my 12 year old daughter who has selective mutism and autism was subjected to a bald, aggressive man at the door during my appointment, she was so afraid she couldn’t answer. And it was completely unnecessary because they knew even at court that I am in receipt of help from the gemeente for my debts and they needed to wait a few weeks more so things can get sorted but they just can’t help throwing their weight around and getting heavy when they should spend their time rather training and hiring more caring and competent
staff instead of harassing customers
