I have used Charlys on 5 occasions while living in Den Haag. They are super professional when it comes to packing and handling all types of furniture, art, paintings, etc.
The various teams of both young and old men have always been friendly & courteous.
I highly recommend Charlys.

Moving with Charley's has been an absolute pleasure! Having had to wait 1 month to get into our new home the team collected our belongings, stored them and delivered them promptly, professionally and hassle free!

Loved working with this team. Prompt response on providing a quote, well priced, arrived on time and team were really great. Friendly, high energy, organized, packed really thoughtfully and always keen to help with anything. Boxes provided in advance, blankets and special packing boxes on the day for sensitive items. Off loading at the new house was quick and efficient and they came back to collect the empty boxes when we were ready. Can highly recommend this company and this team.

The team of movers turned up perfectly on time. They were well prepared and everything was wrapped in blankets really carefully and moved to the van. Everything was unloaded at our destination with great care and they have a lift to move all boxes and furniture to the second floor where our apartment was. They placed all the items as labeled in the correct rooms. They worked quickly and efficiently. They were also very pleasant and polite to deal with throughout the move. We are so very happy with how the crew handled our items! Beyond the high professionalism: being on time, efficient packing and delivery and neatly unwrapping everything, the team was also very very friendly! We were so happy with how everything was nicely protected with blankets and carefully moved to its right position in the house! We would definitely recommend them :)!

The team is really professional, caters to your specific needs and is very efficient with packing safely, moving quickly and unpacking diligently. Ok I must admit I was not expecting this but we hit the jackpot with these guys!
We had to move to a new place with a short notice. We got recommendations for a few movers and Charly's was one of them.
Not only was the price the most competitive but the service was excellent. We received as many boxes as we wanted, they got right on the agreed time, dismantled the heavy stuff like closets, sofas, washing machines etc with care and packaged everything within blankets and wrapper. At the new place they even put blankets on the stair handlebars just to make sure no damage is done.
The crew was extremely polite and most importantly with smiley faces which was extra appreciated. Putting everything back in place was done very professionally and everything works just fine!
5 stars for everything, we are already recommending Charly's to friends and colleagues. Great job!

What a great experience. Absolute fantastic service. The team did a terrific job and showed a huge level of flexibility and care for my belongings and the house. Absolute recommend this company when you are looking to move from/to or in The Hague area.

Great service - team was prompt and professional. When the moving team was onsite the office called in regularly to check that the move was on track. The moving crew themselves were friendly, worked super fast and very professionally. The move went very well thanks to this team - would recommend them for your move. Excellent moving company.
Out of several companies I contacted, they were the only one who wanted to pay a visit beforehand to make an estimate of the amount of goods and who didn't ask me to assist during the moving, which I preferred not to, especially during this lockdown. Their Covid-19 guidelines actually states not to help during the moving.
They were also one of the few who pack furniture carefully and provide free moving boxes on loan.

The movers were very friendly, professional and handled the goods carefully. All I had to do was give instructions on where to place the goods.

For a one person appartement with lots of electronics they took about 3 hours to move from the fourth floor to the first and second floor on the new address.

Moving can be a difficult experience....what a joy though to move with Charly's Verhuizingen. Truly an enjoyable experience. Their positive attitude, team spirit and smiles made it a very pleasant experience. Thank you from all of us at ACCESS.
