Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Het Veerse Meer

Please excuse my review having to be in my mother tongue of English as my Dutch is not brilliant. Rooms are lovely, very spacious with plenty of room to move which is a huge bonus granted my disabilities! Location is good, with a lovely view of the harbour/ marina, with floor to ceiling windows which is a massive help to me as it means I don't feel trapped or pinned in (a huge help with my mental health). Service is brilliant, staff very friendly and helpful. Was very impressed that the gentleman who checked us in spoke good English (sorry, I completely forgot to ask his name, which is rude of me!!), dinner and breakfast were lovely (dare I say, better than your rivals Van Der Valk?!), although I found the dinner menu a little bit limited as regards choice. Lovely and quiet while we were there as a family, which I found helpful as I can't tolerate too much noise as a side effect of my health issues.

If you wanna run from the stress of the city and you are looking for peace and calm it's the best place to go ... I felt zen me and my family

Whether you are looking for a quick getaway or a fully immersive experience for a few days, this place has it all! Located right next to the 'Veerse Meer' (basically a mesmerizing huge lake), it is the perfect place to reset your soul and spirit! Beautiful rooms, a comprehensive breakfast and an outstanding terrace with an amazing view. This will become one of my regular places to visits for sure!

Perfect location with breath taking view from the windows of the executive room.
Service was also to the point with smiling, empathic people at reception desk, restaurant and bar and maintenance of the room.
Breakfast was large choice and cool with nice tz le on the terrasse at 3 metres from the Veerse Meer.
We will come back and recommend this hotel to our friends.

Top. Amazing view, excellent resto and breakfast. Part of the staff was great (front desk Lara and resto manager !), other part was rude (waitress and housekeeping). If we go around there again, we may book again.
