When MoveINN have discover this mr Lorens Al-Hazam made revenge on my agency to give me not good opinion. We will meet in court mr Lorens Al-Hazam , we all ready start procedure , you can prepare for cost of compensation. , you CAN NOT rent house when its stay with mortgage and you live in another country without agreement from bank what you have not.
We MoveINN get from this transaction 500 euro , rest was going to your friend Mutia Tawadros and his wife Andrea.

17/05/2021 Reply to the newly posted lies from this agency that is doing illegal activity in The Netherlands. 1) I paid completely the mortgage already in 2014. 2) The person shows clearly in her photo what amount they charged the tenant. I, as the owner, made a bank transfer of additional EUR 1200. This agency still didn't understand it's illegal to charge the tenant, as they attach a photo of the receipt they gave to the tenant, when he paid them in cash. The tenant didn't hire them, I hired them as the owner, so it is legal only to charge me. 3) They give themselves 5 star review, so it's clear they try to boost their own reviews by creating fake 5 stars reviews.

2562 HJ Den Haag, charged a full commission of one month rent to the tenant and another full commission to the owner. This is illegal according to Dutch law since 5 years ago. Be especially careful with them, they illegally take double commissions. They charged the tenant EUR 1200, one month rent, and they asked him to pay only in cash, no electronic payment, in order to avoid paying taxes. At the same time they charged me, the owner EUR 1200 and they asked me to transfer the money to a third person account, saying explicitly they wanted to avoid paying taxes. On top of these illegal actions, they are very unprofessional. Namely, they made a contract with some empty spaces that were supposed to be filled in, the section about duration of the contract. I asked them to put minimum 12 months and maximum 24 months, they didn't do it, so I wrote this paragraph for them in English and asked them to make these 2 sentences the same in Dutch contract. They didn't know how to do it, or they didn't want, but the Polish lady said Dutch was not her language and she could not translate the contract to Dutch. The tenant needed Dutch contract to register in the city hall and they kept saying to the tenant that the owner didn't want to sign Dutch contract and to me they were saying the tenant told them it was enough with English contract for the registration in the city hall.
Next, at the check-in, they didn't make any inventory of the furniture, electronic devices etc. present in the apartment, which is normal thing to do for a fully furnished apartments. They only made photos of the existing damages. They showed the apartment to two different clients and one took it. They made a non complete check-in, and they used the standard contract from internet. For one person who works with properties this is 1-2 day of work, and they charged EUR 2400 in total. I tried to communicate to them and I also suggested to them to contact other agencies or a lawyer to get an independent opinion about charging 2 commissions, but they were ignorant. In addition, they insulted and threatened us many times. I worked for 10 years at European Patent Office, EPO, and during this time I got to know various real estate agencies, but this one is the most unprofessional. Be very careful with them, and even if they charged you as a tenant any money in the last 5 years, you can get it back, according to the law.
