Ik ben de arts erg dankbaar voor de behandeling! Zelfs met mijn angst voor de tandarts ging alles goed en pijnloos. Ik zal haar graag aanbevelen aan al mijn vrienden. Bedankt Marcia voor de aanbeveling!

Professionele behandeling, goede parkeermogelijkheden.

VERSCHIKKELIJK

Laat daar aub nooit maar ook nooit je implantaten zetten ik heb daar 2 implantaten laten zetten voor bijna 5000 euro.
De eerste viel er al naar 3 maanden uit en de tweede 4 jaar later....kheb gebeld en vroeg aan de assistente of ze mij hier over terug zouden willen bellen "want ik was inmiddels verhuisd"en tot op de dag van vandaag nog niks gehoord in en in triest
Wel Duuren bak rijden en ik kan word niet eens fatsoenlijk te woord gestaan

It is a very bad experience for non Dutch speaker. First time, call to make an appointment, the lady has difficulty write down all my information, so I send an email with all my info, NO reply. Seconded time, Called again, the lady write the wrong email, so I never get the confirmation email, So I send an email with my info again, still no reply! 3th, the another lady who is nice and call me back to confirm the appointment, I see my Date of birth is totally wrong. 4th, I went there, but the tram went wrong, so I called I will be late. But when I arrive, only the technician is there, doctor is on vacation, so I have to make another appointment. 5th, the clinic notice to change appointment time only by email, so I called back to cancel because of I have meeting latter which is 3 days before the appointment! and the Reception lady try to give me a lesson. Seriously? no reply of email, write down wrong email address, wrong date of birth. I bet there is communication misunderstanding because of language, but this attitude is not appreciated. Not recommend for non Dutch speaker, you better go to big city.

Geen goed woord voor over.
Er werd niet meegedacht over mijn situatie. Ik kan niet binnen een week geholpen worden na een tandongeval... Voorheen goede ervaring mee gehad maar de laatste tijd wordt je er onvolwassen behandeld. Noodgedwongen heb ik een andere tandarts opgezocht.
