At last, a shop with an honest salesman! I'm redecorating my kitchen and just went in to see if there are wifi speakers available to replace my Genelec studio monitors, so I don't need to run signal cables. Rather than trying to persuade me to spend money on something that would disappoint, I was given the truthful answer - "no".

Very good experience, the staff are friendly and informed and adept at advising on anything sound, music and audio technology related. They are true audio connoiseurs and will put themselves in your shoes when looking to buy and and provide their unconditional support in helping you with it.

Jim helped me find a replacement subwoofer for my home theatre system. Coming from America it can add a layer of difficulty when finding electronics. Jim was awesome, spoke perfect English, didn’t try to sell me anything extra, gave excellent advice, and hooked me up with a great deal on a sub. I would recommend to anyone looking for home theatre equipment.

Went in to buy the Dragonfly after seeing many specialty shops who were totally clueless to the concept of a DAC.

My Sonos Play:5 speaker exhibited an extremely rare fault, which they were kind of enough to come pick up the speaker for. Within hours of diagnosis of the problem, a brand new replacement was delivered, installed and set-up at location.

Wat ben ik hier toch fantastisch geholpen door de medewerkers die misschien nog wel enthousiaster waren dan ik zelf. Mijn enige spijt is dat ik mijn product al had gekocht en mij niet uitgebreid daar heb laten informeren en mijn kennis te kunnen bijspijkeren. Aanrader!

Donderdagmiddag kwam ik spontaan langs omdat ik terugkwam van vakantie. absoluut fantastische winkel. Ook al wisten ze dat ik alleen maar wilde rondkijken en niets kopen, ze waren heel vriendelijk en nodigden me uit om naar een of twee hifi-installaties te komen luisteren. Zeer geweldig personeel!
