I am happy with the service and quality they provide. Got all actual original expire date on products n the dates were not tempered. Goods were very nicely packed and transported. Also the owner is a nice warm hearted lady. Really so happy with Shakti aarna service and quality.

The prices are always most reasonable compared to other online shops and they have a decent amount on indian groceries that you need on a day to day basis.
Service and delivery is prompt.
The thing that distinguishes this shop from any other shop is its dedication to customer delight. On more than 2 occasions, Shakti Aarna owners have arranged items for me that were either out of stock for long time or just not a part of their inventory. They are also super quick to respond on sms.
I have been using their service from more than a year and I think they deserve a 5 star rating.
