Probleem, bank gebeld 90 eurocent per minuut. Bankbediende weet ook geen raad met probleem, vraagt het aan collega, zitten inmiddels al een halfuur aan de telefoon.
Bankbediende gaat terugbellen, wat dus niet gebeurd. Wat een triest zooitje 🥲

From 9am-9:30am the lady working in the counter was extremely rude. Did not want to help whatsoever. As I am new here in the Wassenar area, I will not be using ABN AMRO. I recommend the management to review who they place on the counter because she is the first image and perception of the bank that a potential customer would have about the bank. The perception I have about ABN AMRO is negative. I even told her that there is an issue with the machine she says that it's your cards fault and use another atm in a very aggressive rude manner.
Not recommended at all.

No ATM, and no banking services. They will tell you to go to the website.

Jongeman aan de balie is onvriendelijk, niet behulpzaam en arrogant - geeft en zeer slechte eerste indruk van de service van ABN AMRO. Ik zou zeggen: terug naar de opleidingscursus.

VRESELIJK KLANTONVRIENDELIJK!!!! Ik stap vandaag nog over naar een andere bank. Nooit meer ABN Amro!!!!!
