Seats and Sofas Heerlen

We've been looking around for a big and nice U-Bank for our living room at a reasonable price for the past weeks with no success until we went there and my husband fell in love with this nice U-Bank. It is also a bed and has two storage space. The best for me was the staff. They are really helpful and willing to assist you with your purchase and offering the best deals possible.
We walked out pretty satisfied and will totally recommend SeatsandSofas 👌 !

My partner is in a wheelchair, it was easy to look around without any hassle, and found a reclining 💺 for him also a snack bar near by!

We stopped in to look at sofas and were so surprised at the selection as well as the ability to customize our purchase. Destiny helped us and she was absolutely amazing! She was kind, knowledgeable, no pressure at all, and went out of her way to befriend my toddler and give her a balloon while we were shopping. We also worked with her manager who’s name I didn’t get but he was also so kind and helpful. We can’t wait to get our new couch!

First time to check to store to replace the our old living room set. We found really what we are looking for after long conversation with dealer and store manager. We get the good deal and finalized the order (Casanova Collection)

Planned delivery time will be little bit longer than expected (14-16 weeks) but I hope that they can manage deliver in time.

Reading the reviews I've noticed that English seems to stand out here and as a Dutch citizen I adapt myself to the majority and would like to write my review in English.

As walking into the store I received a warmhearted welcome and I was asked what I was looking for. I was glad I was asked because by doing internet research . I knew exactly what I wanted but just needed to experience the same feeling in person like the salesman recommended.

The kind salesman did pay attention to my needs and tried to meet my needs by showing me what is optional that measured my needs.

I was asked if I wanted to something to drink and he took his time with me while I was being indecisive . I must say the entire team was involved with me. Besides i was there to look and maybe buy . We've had small and serious and friendly talks about life . Besides that they were willing to bargain the price on the set i have had my eyes on . This is something I didn’t expected to happen.

Let me tell you how I was bargained ! I felt so overwhelmed and left the store with a big smile on my face and a feeling with a positive disbelief !
I really felt I’ve gotten my money’s worth. Thank you Team from location Heerlen . ! My advice even when you not mean to buy something just to FEEL things out walk inside and take a peek !aAnd get acquainted with this lovely Team

Finally we found our sofa thanks to your employees! They are very kind and willing to help. Offer us a coffee, during which we talked about our expectations regading the sofa. They understood from the beganning what kind of sofa we needed. We look forward to having her în our new home!
