Restaurant Puur

We had a very nice evening at Restaurant Puur. Great food, wine and super nice service. I took the spare ribs as main course and they were some of the best ribs I have ever had. I definitely will go back soon.

The food was delicious, the serving personnel were lovely and helpful. Great atmosphere, even though not small, the place was cosy.

Went there with my girlfriend in early September and we both had a good evening. The service was - especially by Dutch standards - fast and friendly. The food was very good. We did not order the wine arrangement, but individual glasses instead, which were reasonably priced. Definitely a place to visit again!

What a beautiful restaurant and exceptional food. The clientele seemed to be locals for the most part, as the restaurant is somewhat hidden away from the main shopping streets, but just a few blocks walk gets you there. If the experience wasn’t enough, so much welcoming warmth was provided by our waitperson Lisanne, who was fun and highly professional - a magical combination! It was our best dining experience in Leiden, hands down.

It was a pleasure to eat here. The service and food were excellent, so was the atmosphere. Bonus: they took our wishes in account and we even got something small in between courses.

Great food in a bit formal but also cozy setting. The food is explained and there are small surprise bites in between. Great choice for a big group or for a couple.
