Ik voel me slecht geadviseerd. De Uiterste inzenddatum voor de Aangifte vennootschapsbelasting werd niet gehaald, ondanks een aankondiging van meer dan 2 maanden. In antwoord op de aanmaning van de Belastingdienst met een nieuwe inzenddatum, schreef de heer Kesch: "Dit gaat zeker lukken.". Helaas heeft hij zich ook niet aan de tweede inzenddatum gehouden en nam pas daarna contact op, ondanks meerdere e-mails. Ik heb de relatie beëindigd. Als we een boete krijgen, zal ik schadevergoeding eisen van de heer Kesch.
