An absolutely amazing experience! The service was super friendly and attentive, able to explain the menu in English and also recommended dishes by our preferences. The seating inside was fully booked so I recommend making a reservation or come early (ish). At about 5 pm there were still places available outside by the water which added to a nice, chilled and romantic atmosphere❤ We didnt have to wait too long for our meals and MY! The food was absolutely amazing! Professionally executed on the plates, the bruschetta had the softest bread dough I have ever had! The meatballs were a great experience and very tasty! The pizza was amazing-highly recommended! 🍕If you want a bit of Italy in the centre if Alkmaar, go for it! 😎

What a place, on a sunny afternoon sitting outside, relaxing with food & drink. Everything exactly how it should be. Inside very nice. A must go to place.

I really loved this restaurant! The staff were excellent and attentive, the ambiance was perfect and the food was oh so scrumptious! The price was very reasonable for the food quality, too.

Vito is located just outside business of the city center of Alkmaar next to the Accijnstoren and a small harbour. The restaurant offers some fine Italian dining. The dishes are a feast for the eye and tasted well. I had some thinly sliced veal with tuna as a starter and slices of veal with a spinach risotto for the main course. I ate it all including the flowers. My wife had kind of a bitter ball with gorgonzola cheese with spinach and a beetroot mouse and a chicken corn themed main dish. We enjoyed it thoroughly and the personnel was freindly and helpfull. I will be back...

Lovely restaurant with spectacular food and friendly staff.
We ordered two pizzas which were both quite delicious. Our dog was allowed inside the restaurant and was even given a bowl with water. By the end of the meal we were also given homemade peppermint sweets which was a nice touch.

If you're looking for a great meal I can certainly recommend the restaurant.

Good, customer friendly service. Diverse, quality Italian food and superb red wine. Definitely a place you don't want to miss when visiting Alkmaar.
