I went to KwikFit for a second opinion on feedback for my APK that I had done at a dealership. I was worried I was being taken advantage of at the dealership. KwikFit confirmed that I was not being taken advantage of, but helped me to find a secondhand part online and even spoke to the seller to ensure the part was APK suitable. I booked an appointment to have them attach the part, but the way it worked out I had to use the dealership to do it and I cancelled my appointment. Regardless, I was happy with the level of customer service provided by this location, especially for someone who was not a directly paying customer. I will be back to this garage for future services and I can highly recommend their customer service, even if I cannot speak yet to the quality of their work.

I took advantage of Black Friday deals and purchased a set of winter tyres. I booked an appointment for fitment without any hassle. I arrived slightly earlier and the fitment was done in less than 15 mins. I will be going there regularly.

Helpful ppl, sometimes they make you go back and forth many times after you got an appointment because of miss coordination internally, but this is not a problem comparing to their level of service!
