Nice place for breakfast and lunch or just a quick coffee with something sweet! It looked so elegant and cute from the inside and the cupcakes were delicious! You can also sit outside and everything looked so cute I love it :D

Nice and relaxed Ambiente. The staff is friendly and forthcoming.
The food was also really good and delicious, we had lunch.
We went there for a valentine's day for the first time and reserved for this occasion. Because we would not be able to get a seat otherwise, it was packed.
The cupcakes were not too sweet and just right. It was also homemade, which is a plus. The sandwiches where also pretty nice.
You could also buy some home decorations, that are not too pricey.

On a busy Friday afternoon, we came in without reservation but the staff still managed to free up a table for us. We had tea/coffee and sweet pastries. The pastries were amazing. And the atmosphere in this narrow and long tea room was just so cozy and warm, completely fitting to the Christmas season.

I wanted to go to this place for long time. I went for a Brunch. The staff is super friendly and gave us nice suggestions. Great food and great environment. If you are in Maastricht you should go to Piece of cake!

A nice place worthy of its fame. Perfect if you want to enjoy top quality sweets in quite fancy atmosphere for affordable prices. (I particularly recommend their banana bread.) On weekends they are usually full, so make sure you make a reservation. 😘

Food is healthy and delicious. The dessert and iced coffee are not the best I had in my life but they are still tasty. I like it. Nice. Keep it up

This gem with nice terrace in the back got you covered when it's all about cake. They serve a beautiful high tea (need reservation though) but otherwise there is a wide range to choose from. Swift and attending staff. Well priced and especially good tea (loose leafs). Cakes are exceptional, don't expect cheap sugar bombs this is really well done. Compliments.

Piece of Cake is a classic lunchroom spot offering a selection of cupcakes, scones and cakes in a great nostalgic setting. Apart from tea and coffee it also offers a selection of coffees and cold drinks and a selection of breakfast and lunch options. The carrot cake and the “piece of cake cupcake” are recommendations but make sure to try out the other offerings as well. The “high tea” formula requires a reservation. Recommended for afternoon tea in a bit of a nostalgic setting.

The breakfast menus offer extremely good value for money! The coffee, croissant, and bread was delicious and the waiters very friendly. In addition to that the ambient was charming.

Definitely try this place for brunch when you’re in Maastricht!

We organized a baby shower here and it was amazing! They managed to take care of all our dietary restrictions, made sure we had everything we needed and the decorations provided were very nice!

Food is incredible. As a brunch lover i tried many options within the past 2 years. However this one is one of my favourite. Not gonna lie they are bit limited in terms of lunch options. However their tea time fix menus, cake/ dessert options are perfect. I would reccomend them to increase their quality at serving. They brought someone else’s order to us 3 times. Also i think it would be more enjoyable when they also serve in their garden. I went their with a reservation so far so i did not have any issues with finding space. I also highly recommend to reserve a spot.

Very delicious breakfast, must do! Banana bread, omelette with or without sucuk and very tasty bread! Great coffee or you go for a hot chocolate with or without cinnamon any decision you make to order it's a very good decision. Price is good cause the value of this orders you make and the very nice location and decoration of this is a very good.

The decor is beautiful and felt very Christmassy. We had the avocado toast and the omelette which were generously portioned and the price was very doable. We made our own mimosas from the prosecco and orange juice and enjoyed the service :) I would recommend the patio for summer as a nice getaway in the middle of the city

A lovely classical pastel interior to match the cakes, pies, muffins, cookies and sweets.
Turned out to be a great venue for a wedding. Reserved for a private party after closing, with a complete dinner setup at the ground floor, and some rooms with a bar upstairs for casual drinks and dancing.
Special thanks to the kind sir who kept the ginger ale in stock, and the charming lady with the enchanting smile who helped with all request to keep the party going on without a hitch.

Would certainly recommend this both for a sweet snack and drink during the day, and as a party venue with class.

Great place for a brunch or breakfast, cosy atmosphere, very relaxed overall. Also had the chance to have a French speaking waitress who was very kind. Food was excellent and very affordable. Highly recommend going there!
