Rented the car through their website for the long weekend. When we arrived for the pickup, the place was CLOSED. We called insistently until someone picked up, to tell us they were closed. After 45 minutes, someone came and gave us a car. The car had not been cleaned. We received no appology for the waiting nor for the dirty car. The car itself was comfortable, and we had no problems with it. However, you only get 100 free km/day although we were told by their staff it was 150 (so we also got charged extra milleage).
Better rent somewhere else.

Keeping 1 star at all Green Motion renting places. Wanna know more call me... Avoid this company - better quality of life.

They asked me to phone them upon arrival at Rotterdam airport to pick me up. Tried 28 tomes and they did not answer. Took a taxi to their place in Delfgauw
