Afgelopen donderdag had ik een bos bloemen gekocht die ik verkeerd had afgesneden, daardoor hingen ze twee dagen later al slap. De eigenaar legde mij uit hoe het wel moest en gaf me uit coulance een nieuwe bos bloemen. Top service!
