This store was huge! Love checking out bookstores in different cities. But this one was really great. They have so much variety. Ended up buying two books. The store looks really great inside. You can see they put alot of effort in decoration! It was my first time in Nijmegen and from all the stores/restaurants, i honestly think i like this bookstore the most on my visit ♡

Really good shop with a lot books, cards, calendars, agendas. I like just sometimes to go there and checks new books and cards. This was my last shopping and I found this good book just for 15e. You can drink coffee inside and read preview of new book. Like it.

As a non-dutch, the selection of english books is quite good and wide! They also sell second hand at reasonable prices. Besides, the cafeteria brings a nice athmosphere (and scent of coffee)

I absolutely love this bookstore and I take all my out-of-town visitors here. There are travel books and cookbooks. History books and magazines. Calendars and journals. “Hebbe-dingen”, socks, and board games. There is a lovely reading cafe with delicious soup, sandwiches, and cakes. The people who work here are some of the most friendly people I've met. I've spent hours here reading, working, or even making jigsaw puzzles. Also good for people watching. A gem of a spot for book lovers in Nijmegen.

What can you say about a place that sells books? It's great! Kidding. They have a pretty good collection here. I'm an english reader so I mostly explore their english sections the most. They recently expanded them a bit more which is great! Also they have these islands/tables of recommendations and bestsellers which are super nice. I always pick up something quirky and cool from these tables that I might have skipped otherwise.

This library is absolutely fantastic and covers all the possible subject that anybody could think. They can also order for you a book that is not on the shelf. Spectacular place, culture, coffee, silence, all of them in one building. They even have toilet inside! I also find English books, and that was good for me being a foreigner in the Netherlands. I really enjoyed reading nice books there.

This bookstore is HUGE!! They offer a lot of different book genres, both in Dutch and English 🤓📚 Everything is very organised: books are sorted into different genres, with some ‘new’ or ‘popular’ books displayed on the tables. Besides books, there are accessories like bookmarks, pens, notebooks, pins, postcards and may more things that will be great as gifts 🎁.
There are also a small section for second-hand books at the back of the bookstore - great if you want to get something to read but is low on budget. On my first visit, I spent at least 2 hours just roaming around the bookstore - but I’ll definitely come back since this place is so nice and lovely 💗

I love this place, where you can buy presents, books or games. But it's also good to sit in for a coffee and a special home-like cake. The welcoming atmosphere as well as the kind assistants are a great addition.

The leading bookshop in Nijmegen. With an impressive square footage in the city center, they offer anything a booklover might be interested in. Very clearly categorized, offering old books, new bestsellers, specialized reading and much much more. Staff is always on standby to help you find what you are looking for. The shop also offers a coffee corner with simple snacks. Once in a while, writers or specialists are invited to do presentations or readings. Check their website or shop window to find out more.

Huge assortment of books. Great service, you can ask them anything and they can get any book for you. And if you don't want help you can easily find any book yourself, because the books are all categorized based on genre. This makes it easy to find the right book.
shop is wheelchair friendly.

I have some interest about bookstores. When I visit some new place, I try to visit their bookstores to understand what the people of that place read.

So I have visited this bookstore to know about the people from Nijmegen.

I found it very amusing, their English collection is very rich, the Dutch collection is also very rich.

They have a cafe, a antique section. You can also buy some souvenir here.

I really love this place. I casually bumped into it once, and I loved the coffee area where you can read/study while enjoying a nice capuccino.
The location is just perfect, next to café de Opera and all the big stores, perfect place to have a productive morning or the end of a shopping day!
