Iets besteld via de website. Levering is uiteindelijk niet goed gegaan door PostNL. klantenservice heeft dit goed, netjes en snel opgelost.

Leuke winkel met veel schoenen in 50% sale! Helaas niet alle maten beschikbaar. Personeel wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er zit ook een kapper in de zaak. Ziet er leuk uit!

Toffe winkel met mooie kleding en sneakers. Helaas is het retourbeleid wat minder. Producten in de sale hebben blijkbaar 8 dagen retourrecht, en dan in in de vorm van een cadeaubon (dus geen geld terug). Ik was net 2 dagen te laat met retourneren, waardoor ik een paar ongedragen sneakers niet terug kon geven (maatje te groot besteld). De retour werd direct geweigerd onder het mom van 'beleid is beleid'. Er werd weinig, of eigenlijk helemaal niet, meebewogen hierin. Jammer.
