Clean rooms, quiet, had coffee machine, and a Spar grocery store below which was super convenient. Service is decent, polite.

It is however located 15 minutes walk away from the metro, which can be a consideration point for some.

It was a wonderful experience. large, comfortable, clean rooms, friendly staff, rich and varied breakfast. the hotel is located in a beautiful and quiet place, close to the tram station that leads to the center.

Their rooms and beds are spacious.
The location is a bit out of the city centre. However, the price we got this hotel was very low.
The staff were courteous and newly built.
The facilities at the hotel were amazing.

Just come back from a short stay at the Dutch Design Hotel Artemis. The room was great, very clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helped with all queries/questions. The location was also great, not too far from the number 2 tram stop which leads straight in to central Amsterdam. The hotel is also not very far from the airport which is a plus. All in all no complaints, would highly recommend.

We love staying here. Perfect for us. We used their bikes and toured the city all day. They were very comfortable to ride. The train stop isn't far. Everything is nice and walkable

Excellent hotel. Room was very spacious, clean, good size television. Staff were very helpful, spoken very good English. On our final day, let us leave our bags at no additional charges. Spar next door which was really convenient, the lobby also has a selection of food and drinks 24 hours. Don’t be put off by the location, walk 5 minutes and board the #2 tram which takes you to the city centre for €3. Also, it’s only a short bus journey to the airport. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice hotel. On arrival, the receptionist was nice, helpful & polite. The room was lovely & nice. The location was good. 10 minute walk to the trams to get to Dam Central. Staff very nice. Only downfall restaurant was not open on a Saturday evening to get food. But overall nice hotel & clean.

Excellent room with great shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An added and surprising bonus on this hotel is the wonderful bicycle rental they offer. The neighborhood is very quiet and serene and there is a park very close by which is perfect for rides! The only con is the location which is very far from the city centre and the nearest tram station is a 10 minute walk away. However the hidden oasis the hotel is located in makes it all worth it. Additionally, the restaurant is amazing, with the mushroom pasta being a must try for anyone dining there.

The place hace really good rooms with confy beds, nice pillows and a somewhat spacious bathroom, nice between european hotels.

The staff also gives a really good servide and the buffet breakfast is good
Also the 24hrs little store has alot of good things for after hours.

I had dinner and i wanted to compliment the great service of your waiter Mr. Hassan. He was supper friendly with a warm smile in his face. He gave me lovely suggestions about what to see and do in Amsterdam. The hotel is beautiful in a relaxing area.

Nice terrace, very cozy lounge seats, great bar!

(Secret tip: Once a month they do BBQ's on the terrace, definitely will go there again)

The staff is very friendly, Dimitri, Thomas and Teddy were very friendly and courteous.

Stayed at the Dutch Design Hotel for a business meeting with 70 guests and it was a success. The meeting room facilities were very good. The staff were extremely helpful, they really went above and beyond to accommodate my requests. They helped me organize a successful meeting and I'm grateful for that.
Would recommend for large business meeting, the location is also ideal for travellers, as well connected to the airport.

Good hotel, location is a short walk to the tram/bus stop into town. Amazing views & friendly staff. Right next door too a Spa local shop

In a very good neighborhood area, a bit far from central of amsterdam city. Tram ride to city is expected 40 mins from the hotel.

Next to the hotel, is a grocery store which really helpful for traveller with family like us.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a perfect moment there. The receptionist staff was also nice and giving us advise precisely about the restaurant recommendation nearby.

As its name dutch design hotel, the hotel is really artistic and touch of art is really felt especially in the lobby.

good location ,friendly staff, easy access and a nice view

A quick trip to, this refreshing space was amazing with service and smiles which is always welcoming. Checking in was a delight with Senne, very approachable and super helpful.

Connecting to the city was a 20 min tram ride away, easily accessible.

Surrounded by a local park/ nature reserve, and nestles between a local neighbourhood, it offers a tranquil place away from the noise of central Amsterdam

Very nice hotel with friendly & professional staff. The Spar shop outside the hotel was very convenient for food, cigarettes etc. Hotel is in a nice quiet location with good transport options within a short 10 min walk (Tram No2 takes 25 mins to central station).

Lovely hotel. Helpful staff and cosy rooms. Very quiet. Clean and nice to come back to after a day out. Only downside is a little bit far out from main city but once you have got your head round the trams it's not a major issue.
