2nd time that I ordered a racket at Padelcasa.

First time the racket got lost in transit, after a complaint another racket was sent straight away and arrived the day after.
2 days ago, I ordered another racket at Padelcasa thanks to the very competitive prizes Padelcasa offers and the racket arrived the day after in Belgium, as stated on their website!

I had a problem with my padel racket. The knob for tightening the racket fell off during a match and I wasn’t able to put it inside after that. The customer service was really fast on Whatsapp. I got a new racket, I recommend PadelCasa for taking care of the problem we can have.

Visited the centre in Amsterdam where Lucas runs the store - got fantastic in store advice and ended up buying three different rackets - have been playing them with the family back home and each is performing exactly as advertised - amazing experience, great service and v competitive pricing - thank you Lucas!

I ordered a racket online, which arrived the next day with a handwritten card and some gifts! However, as I am new to the sport I was not sure what if I had bought the right racket. I called them and organized a test session where they walked me through the different rackets and hit a few balls with me so that I could find that racket that was the best fit.
