Restaurant Aan de Zweth

Located next to the bridge across the little river Zweth you'll find the namesake restaurant Aan de Zweth. If the weather allows there is a beautiful riverside terrace, but the restaurant interior is also worthwhile with Delftware style decorations inspired by the region.

The food is amazing! We opted for the Signature menu and it exceeded our expectations. Very smart combinations of flavours and ingredients with impeccable presentation. Both the wine pairing and the non-alcoholic drinks pairing were a very good match with the food.

The staff is very attentive and friendly which adds to the overall experience. Highly recommended and we'll definitely go again.

The chef served us at table and accompanied us to the door to say goodbye. A lovely evening on their riverside terrace.

It's rare to have every meal that is interesting and delicious in a high end restaurant. That was certainly the case here. Together with a lovely view on the canal and a gentle service, the whole experience certainly deserves more than the single Michelin star it currently has.
On top of that, they devised a menu for my two years old that she loved and that was timed right (not too much waiting for her).
I really loved it!

I've been to many restaurants in the Netherlands and Europe, but Aan de Zweth is my favourite. Very high level, fantastic food, and a very relaxed atmosphere.

We had a delicious five course menu, with wines by the glass chosen by the sommelier. A perfect evening with fantastic tastes.

Dit was voor mij de 3e keer dat ik hier ben gaan eten. Alles is zo tot in de details geregeld. Iets dat je verwacht van een restaurant met ster. De bediening en service zijn echt fantastisch en het personeel is vriendelijk en denkt goed mee. Daarnaast is het eten echt verrukkelijk. Ze maken de meest gave creaties met ingrediënten waar je nog nooit van gehoord hebt, maar als je het eet is het echt genieten. Ook de sommelier is heel goed en heeft een perfecte keuze voor de wijn bij het eten.
Kortom het is echt een avondje genieten met vrienden!

Genoten van een geweldige lunch. De locatie, de keuken (we mochten even kijken), het eten en oh ja niet te vergeten de Grand Cru BoB glaasjes. Allemaal heul errug goed en lekker. Bediening prima, maar niet heel erg persoonlijk.
Bijna 500 euro voor 2 personen is niet weinig voor een 1 sterren lunch met paar wijntjes, kaas en koffie, maar 100% de autorit en de file waard.
