I have been ordering from ekirana and it’s one of the best online grocery store. The products are of best quality. Lot of brands newly introduced are worth the money. Their customer service is at par.

Their service is great! I needed something urgently so I gave them a call and they arranged for me to pick-up the item on the same day. Friendly and helpful people on the phone!

Recently, I ordered with Ekirana and they promptly shipped the items along with fresh produce. Though I did not receive a call from the shipping vendor (GLS), it got delivered at the designated location as per original and promised schedule. As I was not informed of the delivery, when I tried contacted Ekirana on WhatsApp, they promptly clarified and confirmed the details of the delivery. I finally got access to what I ordered a week late (due to lapses in communication and weekend closure of the logistics location). What I sincerely appreciate is their constant follow-up (even during the weekend) to check if I indeed got access to the shipment and enquiring whether all produce is still intact/usable. Just by this gesture to sincerely care to ensure that customers are happy with their products and services, I am motivated to not only write this review but also order back with them. Business services can sometimes go wrong but the intent to add value and stay true to their customers needs is something to be appreciated. Thanks!

Ordered rakhi online, for my brother in Germany and could pay by my Indian credit card.
Their service is pro active and the team is dedicated to get the job complete in the timeline..even if it means spending from their own pocket.

I always buy my groceriers from Ekirana and I'm very happy with their produts and their services .
Iorder from France on week-end and the product is there on wednesday , the packaging is best never problem and veggies n fruits are fresh .
The whole team including staff is very helpful and present at anytime if any problem .
I'll suggest to buy your groceries in Ekirana without a 2nd thought and can find the difference yourself .

I had good experience with their service, this is the only online grocery shop I came across which sold organic Indian products. I had ordered from France. In my order, I had ordered a product but got a different one. However, when I wrote to them about it, they immediately responded that they would send it to me at their own expense. Very responsive and caring customer service 👍 a happy customer 🤠

Very nice portal for ordering Asian grossary items in Europe. The support team is very helpful and professional in their approach and inclined towards high level of customer satisfaction.
