Fabio and Edward from Shurgard helped me tremendously with my problem. My key broke and got stuck inside the lock and calling the locksmith and getting a new lock would have costed €100 but they managed to remove the lock from the shutter on their own without any external help which saved me €100 which is a big amount. Thanks to them again for helping me in this situation

Everything worked smoothly with the unit. They called me to make an appointment, received the keys and that was it. They also have karts to help bring the boxes up. I completely recommend.

Very good experience with knowledgeable staff and good service. No problem to cancel contract even after a short period of usage only. Accessible 24/7; but can get very busy on Saturday’s. Well located in the outskirts of Delft with access to the A4 and the A13 highway. Very recommendable:)

Really useful, easy to use, and always accessible. Bear in mind some costs add up and you will need to pay for insurance, so have that in mind if you are on a budget.
