Restaurant The Knott

This place is a gem in the Hague! I honestly don't think there are better seafood places than this! Forget about Catch, Harbour Club, Bistro Mer and try this instead. The food is amazing, the wines match, but don't take away from the food and the host is amazing and extremely friendly, just like the chefs. I'd definitely come here again and can't recommend this place enough.

Excellent fine dining. Regional and seasonal ingredients, combined to accentuate the flavors.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, wine selection is esoteric and excellent.

Outdoor sitting is very pleasant on sunny days.

This is one of the best we have been to in the Hague, really nice mix of flavours, amazing dishes, perfectly cooked, we will go back for sure !!!

We had the menu there for Boxing Day and it was brilliant. Would really recommend checking out this new restaurant in The Hague. Great wine list as well. We will definitely be back soon!

What a great culinary experience! The chef Sebastiaan and host Barbara know what hospitality is about. The fish orientated dishes were amazing and original: especcialy the waffle with foie gras and lobster! The wine/food combinations were also fantastic.

Amazing food

Een absolute aanrader! Ik was geen visliefhebber tot ik bij The Knott kwam. Nu alweer zin in de volgende keer dat we er gaan eten. Mooie gerechten met fantastische combinaties (smaaksensatie!) en service op topniveau. Een kwestie van tijd voordat ze een ster krijgen!

Heerlijk gegeten, fantastische smaakcombinaties. Michelin sterren waardig. Prijs kwaliteit prima in orde. Een aanrader voor de fijnproevers.

Afgelopen vrijdag heb ik hier gegeten met twee vriendinnetjes, dit was de eerste avond dat The Knott weer open ging na de Corona ‘lockdown’. Alle regels werden uitstekend uitgevoerd en de nodige maatregelen juist toegepast.

Het eten was echt fantastisch! Het is bijna zonde om op te eten, zo lekker dat je wilt blijven genieten. Alle borden worden zorgvuldig opgemaakt en het is een feestje om te zien. Mijn favoriet was absoluut de wafel met kreeft! Ik kan niet wachten om snel weer eens te komen.
