Excellent restaurant. Their selection is limited, but every dish is high quality. All dishes come with a recommended wine which you can get either by glass or bottle. If you're not a great fan of wine there's also a recommended specialty beer.
The personnel is informal but very friendly and knowledgeable.
Considering the quality of the food the prices are surprisingly reasonable.
Certainly worth a visit.

NO "covid catch up" and cramming the restaurant full, rushing and having too little time for customers.

Long version:
When it was allowed to go for dinner again we decided to go here since my girlfriend knew it and liked it a lot. We areived and got met by a nice man that scanned our covid certificates etc and gave us a couple table options. We were pleasantly surprised that they didn't stuff the restaurant as full as they could because they were finally allowed to be open again. The restairant was busy but there was by far enough space between tables and people.
The staff was friendly, did all the things you expect in a calm and non rushed way even though it was busy. They took the time for you and even asked if you wanted a break in between courses.
The food looked nice and tasted good. There is not much more to say about that, it was good and I would love to try other meals on their menu.

Overall a very pleasant experience especially now that a lot of restaurants rush, have too few staff members and need to make up lost income from covid closures.

If you are looking for a nice diner in at a nice location that isn't rushed but you never have to wait then this is a very good option.

Lovely food and very nice decor

Invited by a friend to De Kurk this evening. Somewhere we had always meant to visit ... delightful interior full of light and space. The staff were welcoming, patient and very knowledgeable. The steak tartare was such a joy for the tastebuds whilst the procureur simply melted in the mouth well worth the 12 hours accompanied by a velvety Vermeersch rouge. What an exquisite dining expereinxe !

My experience here has been excellent. The restauant is placed in the city center of Delft and as soon as you get in, you already feel the difference with the rest of the places in the city. The waitress that took my order was really friendly and diligent putting the quality of the service at very high level. In this case I started with the moshroom soup and Spanish ham. The soup was actually light, but good though. Even when the ham was not the best one, it matched perfectly with the bread and the rosemary fragrance. Second I went for the pumpkin and ricotta lasagna, served with nicely dressed salad and season veggies. Delicious. Finally, the banana ice cream made me absolutely satisfied. I will definitely repeat.

I mostly enjoyed the Kurt during the night as club in Delft. It is free entrance and price of drinks are really student friendly. The music is nice and the people around are mostly young students. During the evening it is a restaurant, nevertheless, I did not have the chance to try.

Very good ambiance / atmosphere, really good food, good service. One issue: quite noisy, takes some time getting used to, but then again, that could be part of the atmosphere as well.

Hard to find but worth the effort. Innovative dishes and excellent service. A good place for visitors to Delft to experience some local flavor
