This is the place I keep getting back to if I need a rental for the weekend. It has been through all my student time. Where should I start:
- The cars: high quality, clean, very low mileage (most of them didnt reach the 30 000 km). Though recently I hired a car, and ive been given a fiat punto. The worst I have I ever driven or had (the car is just built like that). Except that, always got good looking cars.
- The service: now this is where these folks shine. Pretty straight forward, very helpful, very customer mind oriented, yet without every trying hard. After every ride I was happy to fill in the feedback survey and at times I got rewarded with vouchers (like free upgrade etc)!
- The opening times: convenient. You can drop the car at the streets, then drop the key. No hassle.
- Location: easy to reach. From the Hague Central Station, take tram nr 2 or 6, then exit at church stop. And its a 10 min walk from there.
- Prices: decent pricing. Even as a student I didnt complain, and its better and at times just slightly above the price of a train ticket.But this had to do with the permitted kilometers per day.
- Kilometers: back then it was unlimited kilometers. Thats what made the whole experience good (a peace of mind). I dont know if its still like that. Once the kilometers are limited, then, it will just sucks.
So, well done fellas (there was a girl Elizabeth, and a brown fella, and two other young guys). They deserve a shoulder pat.

Trying to call them due to forgotten personal item in car, but they're unreachable. Guy at customer service pretty rude too and unhelpful

Even though I had always driven safely and smoothly under any speed limit, they found a very small tiny crack less than 3 mm in diameter on the front window and they charged 170 Euros at my return. (They first time charged 900 Euros and I got upset and they corrected the figure) If you want to hire cars here, you should buy the collision damage protection covering all kinds of damages that they promote to sell. (A basic collision damage protection covers only if exceeding a certain amount of money e.g. 2000 Euros, which is less likely to happen) Otherwise, you can drive at a 5 km/h even on a highway.

I finally messed up my vacation (at least for one whole day) with my parents due to this small happening. A value of charging this tiny damage does more than two times outweighed the cost that I used to hire that car. I can prove the invoice that I've got here but even that uploading is though to be a waste of time. But I don't want you to be another victim of this way of earning money.
