Ik moest met spoed naar Schiphol omdat ik plotseling een optreden had in Spanje, ik belde Deltax taxi Delft en hij stond snel voor de deur! Wat een top bedrijf👌

Stond met pech langs de weg, na vele telefoontjes tevergeefs bij taxi delft terechtgekomen. Stond er vlak na ophangen, vriendelijke man, schone wagen, leuk gesprekken en veilige thuis, echter aanrader voor alle ritten dikke 10

Uitstekend! Optijd zoals afgesproken en verzorgde chauffeur en nette auto. Dit was vroeger wel anders bij dit bedrijf. Je kan merken dat er nu iemand anders de leiding heeft en kennis van zaken hebt.

Voor de zoveelste keer gebruik gemaakt van Taxi Deltax uit Delft, superservice, super nette chauffeurs en auto’s. Niks te klagen kortom echte aanrader. Top.

Had a working relation with these people for about a year. Several times, they confirmed rides to us, but never showed up. My customers were standing at the aiport and had to arrange their own transport. A simple "oh, sorry, I don't understand how that could have happened" was their response.
This is maybe acceptable if it's a once off problem but this has happened at least 3 times in the last 6 months.

I would like to warn everybody against this company. This is the second time (and last as I will never use their services again) they let me and my guests down early in the morning. I ordered a taxi from them yesterday for this morning at 6.45 and the driver didn't turn up and when I called, he simply announced that there was a traffic jam on a motorway which is a simple lie. My guests ended up having to walk to the station with many luggage. Sadly, this is the second time, last time the driver showed up with 25 minutes delay to the great stress of my guests who had to catch a plane. I thought it was an accident but today proved me wrong. Stay away from this taxi company

The terrible taxi service. It is even worse than terrible. Because of my job, I need to come to Delft three times a week for already 4 month. Each time I take taxi from train station, by ordering a taxi around an hour in advance. 70% of the time they are late. You are lucky if they are late 5 or 10 minutes, but pretty often they just send you the taxi when you call them to ask "where is my cab?". They usually tell "it is on his way and will be any minute", but you wait another 5-10-15 minutes untill taxi arrives. They never call you back themselves or tell you how to identify the car. Today I am already waiting for 15 minutes after giving them a call that they are late. And if you are so angry that call them and cancel the ride after 20 minutes of waiting - they still charge you around 6 euro for cancellation. Ridiculous! Never trust deltax taxi.

DO NOT USE, forgot about appointment and cancelled the next one because I used an Uber instead of him coming in 30 minutes after my call to ask where he is.
