Very good professional real estate agents (makelaars) and very dedicated. They are taking their time to listen to the customers' needs and they are very nice and efficient. We had a great experience with Marlies and Jens in finding a new appartment to rent in the Hague. We have been renting through Interhouse for six months now and are extremely impressed with their service. We did not view the house in person before moving in, but this did not affect the service; Interhouse ensured paintwork was refreshed and new carpets laid - and they even asked us about our preferences. Although the property is virtually maintenance-free, minor technical issues have been attended to very promptly and efficiently, and a broken washing machine was even replaced within 24 hours. The team are friendly and professional, and we thoroughly recommend them!

Na een lange huizenzoektocht onderweg veel contact gehad met verschillende makelaars. Interhouse was het meest prettig om zaken mee te doen en niet alleen omdat we hier uiteindelijk een huis hebben gekregen. Ontzettend goede hulp in het proces, vriendelijke en super snelle communicatie, overal echt even de tijd voor nemen met alles laten zien en uitleggen en betrokken met het proces. Daarnaast waren we blij dat al onze documenten zorgvuldig en veilig werden behandeld. Hartstikke fijne service. Bedankt.

Onlangs heb ik via Interhouse een prachtig appartement mogen betrekken in Den Haag. Wat ik zeer waardeer is de professionaliteit, snelle communicatie en helderheid over de werkwijze. Bij het aangaan van de huurovereenkomst werd alles helder uitgelegd van a tot z. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Kleine gebreken werden vastgelegd en snel verholpen.

Wat Interhouse erg goed doet is dat zij een digitale kluis (AVG!) aanbieden waarin je je persoonlijke gegevens kunt uploaden, in plaats van het te sturen naar een e-mail adres van de verhuurder en te hopen dat je gegevens daarna niet op straat liggen. Deze werkwijze van Interhouse gaf mij een betrouwbare en professionele indruk van hun diensten.

Na veel te hebben gezocht naar een appartement in Den Haag en omgeving kan ik zeggen dat Interhouse een voorbeeld is en een standaard zou moeten zijn voor de vele (malafide) verhuurmakelaars die ons land kent en waarmee ik in aanraking ben geweest.
