The crew and doctors at HMC Spoed Care provided outstanding care during our emergency visit. Their expertise, professionalism, and prompt response were commendable. Moreover, the hospitality and humanity shown throughout the entire experience were exceptional. Highly recommended!

An urgent care service. Had to come here late at night for an emergency visit to a GP. Very friendly staff and good treatment. You can walk-in of course but best to follow the official procedure where you call a hotline and they confirm you an appointment, you can find it online..

I had to stay in this place overnight. Everybody was very friendly, helpful and I felt I was very well taken care of.

Ik had heelveel snijwonden die ook gehecht moesten worden en zij waren heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam deze keer was ik heel blij met deze zusters en broeder!! Carolina Reijn.

Altijd goed geholpen, inmiddels gezellig met de hele familie "abonnementhouder" als je het zo wilt noemen.
Personeel denkt echt met de patiënt mee, ziet er zeer schoon uit na de verbouwing.
Wachtkamer ietswat klein, maar met een gebouw uit mid jaren'70 heb je geen andere keuze..

Super goed en snel geholpen na een sportblessure

Ondanks de drukte zijn we heel snel geholpen door vriendelijke en capabele mensen

After being unable to use half of my body properly and calling the triage line twice, I received an appointment with Hadok. The doctor completely disregarded my complaints despite being unable to walk properly, was sent home to rest. Less than 24 hours later I was admitted with speed to the Neurology department for 3 days because I was having a serious neurological event. I will never trust Hadok again after dismissing my complaints as "maybe a blood sugar or stress issue".

Took 75 mins to get an appointment here which was bad enough, so I practically crawled in here literally half alive. Vision gone, mental alertness numb, gorging my intestines out and had to be helped in here.
After confirming all the symptoms via tests, doctor diagnosed the illness and she told me to go home. No IV, no meds, nothing. My entire body was on fire, temperature borderline 40 degrees, joints and ligaments not holding up. Would’ve been better to take a taxi to Belgium to get properly treated than wasting time and effort on the incompetence and carelessness of the doctors here.
If you want to remain alive avoid this place. It’s called spoed for nothing. Your life is more at risk after coming here than before. Total wishwash.
