Finding this bookstore was definitely a delight. On a central location that leads you everywhere, it also has a used book section upstairs that was surprisingly well stocked. I found some specialized books about Buddhism, and it is not often that you find such happy collections in central bookstores like this. I must have bought more than 10 books. I almost felt guilty for getting all those books as others may have been interested in them as well, but being there, on the shelves all of them, I'm sure more will arrive. I have found usually in specialist bookstores some of these titles, so they are kind of rare, you don't find them often at bookstores, need to order on Amazon, and that also means a lot about the reading public's taste, which is surely optimistic, as well as the owners selection process and sources. Good collections were also on other eastern philosophical and religious thought sections, which however are of secondary importance to me, but always a nice reference to have. There were also a few bookselves on greek and latin history which seemed worthwile checking out. The prices were rather normal. My library will be welcoming these books, and hopefully nearing to completion. There have been countless bookstores and trips far and wide. Also, in the 2 - 3 times I passed from there these days I think i had the chance to see every one of the staff working there, even talk a little, and I should say they were all extremely courteous and helpful. Thank you.

I am glad that I found this amazing bookstore. Their collection was okay for me while I was looking for English books but I was surprised to find out that their Non-fiction collection is great! If you are someone who is really into non fiction and while searching for books you want to have a peek at Royal Academy of Arts it’s perfect place for that also really close to central station.

Wonderful, well sorted bookstore that let my family and me browse some Dutch children book classics. The shop keeper was very friendly and knowledgeable. A wonderful bookstore to spend some time and relax. We loved it.

Cute old school bookshop

Very nice bookstore with a long tradition at this location. Excellent collection, friendly and helpful staff, as well as a used books section where one can sometimes find hidden treasures.

In a corner of a busy street direction Centraal Station, you find this small library. Interesting the section of train and railway. Good service!!

Vanaf buiten lijkt het een kleine winkel maar het heeft een enorm assortiment. Dit is nog eens groter geworden omdat ze ook het reisboeken van Stanley & Livingstone erbij hebben genomen. Dus niet zoals de meeste boekhandels één boekje per bestemming, maar meteen een stuk of zes. Dan heb je wat te kiezen. Verder vriendelijk personeel.

Ruime collectie juridische boeken. Denken altijd met je mee. Handige wettenbundel abonnement en een prima webshop 👍🏻

Boekhandel die opvalt doordat er naast het gebruikelijke assortiment boeken ook veel speciale uitgaven te koop zijn. Opvallend was de hoek met boeken en tijdschriften over spoorwegen en treinen. Ben dit in Nederland nog nooit zo uitgebreid tegengekomen. Personeel is super vriendelijk en zeer behulpzaam.

Heel snel en goed geholpen.

Voorwaar nog een echte, ouderwets goede boekwinkel in Den Haag op loopafstand van het Centraal Station. Je kunt nog heerlijk snuffelen. Ze bieden de meest recente kwaliteitsboeken en als het niet in de winkel ligt bestel je het voor bezorging thuis. Er was de laatste keer een koffieautomaat... En er is over het algemeen voldoende ruimte om een boek uit te zoeken. Doen!
