Klein Zakopane

This place satisfied our cravings for Polish food. Super friendly staff, excellent service. Not the cheapest but they are for sure not stingy with the portion. Taste great too. We also loved those extra little things like the bread with spreads while waiting for food, or baby high chair that came with cushion 🙂.

Very cozy warm and friendly place where they invite you with small shotsh bread pickels and bread spreads😍 I had potato pancake with meat and it was delicious. Personel is very nice and all the time there for you to help. Love love love. IF you want to feel Like in Zakopane I recommend this place 1000000%

Really nice people, atmosphere and great food!

It was an amazing experience. As a German with a polish stepfamily I was very fascinated by a little polish hub just across the border. The food was great, the service enjoyable and very fun and fast, though I dont speak Dutch nor Polish. Ambiente was old school folk Style which wasnt my taste but certainly has it's charme. The child corner was a bit loud, but that is to be expected...

Generally worth a visit in a small little village.

Great Polish food. This is our third visit. Extremely friendly service with great decor inside. You can really feel like in a restaurant in the Polish mountains in the city of Zakopane. Through the pictures on the walls and the decor, it gives the impression that it was real Polish highlanders family who opened this restaurant.

Every time it is very nice to taste (free of charge which is a nice surprise!) entrée in the form of homemade alcohol liqueur, Polish bread, lard spread with cracklings and sour-pickled cucumbers.

Our favorite dish is aarappelpannenkoek with great soft meat and sauce inside. During that third visit for the first time we were a little disappointed that it was not like the first two times (probably) freshly pan-fried only reheated/flat-baked in the oven and the cheese not even melted on it.

But it's probably a temporary weakness for this exquisite and extremely tasty dish so characteristic for Poland.

All other dishes were as tasty as our guests from Germany testified(Zurek in bread and sparerubs for take away!).

We will certainly return to this unique place to try freshly prepared crispy potato-pancakes with goulash.

Worth to ride almost 50 km for sure.

In weekend rush hours call before to make a reservation.

Extraordinary food, authentically polish dishes and treats. The atmosphere is amazing, as if you step into a tiny wooden cabin where it's cozy and comfortable. And the service was amazing. Loved the experience, loved the food.

Excellent food and service.

Food is delicious. Restaurant is stylish. It deserves 5 stars for this. Only thing that i didnt liked was that the waitresses talked to me in Dutch even when they heard me speaking in English. I had to ask them to speak in English. Only few of the waitresses could speak in Polish. Anyway i recommend it.

Spare ribs are really delicious. Recommend. But gotta have a reservation next time.
