Pannekoekhuis Strijland

Best bacon and cheese pancake that I have eaten in the Netherlands (so far). Their dough tastes amazing and the cheese is fantastically incorporated into it. Delicious! Their other pancakes look good but I have not tried more because 1 was big enough. They also have good drink selection and a very cozy vibe with old style dutch decoration. It is really a gem!

Absolutely lovely place. Food was delicious, beautifully presented and staff were amazing. All round a wonderful experience.

Yes ! The food is delicious… absolutely delicious.. but I must recognise the staff, the waitress was very friendly and she took care of our small 2 year old girl.. she look for a sit and bring her Color to draw .. I so appreciate that they do extra caring for kids ❤🙏⭐

The most delicious panenkoek I've had in NL in 4 and a half years. You can really tell the years of experience. Try out the stroop there, it's also delicious!

Excellent typical pancake house with a great selection of savoury and sweet pancakes to enjoy. Very friendly and professional staff to assist you. Definitely recommend for a visit with friends and family.

Delicious pannekoeken, their menu is flexible and able to attend gluten free people! I had the gluten free spek met kaas and it did not disappoint. The pannekoeken are big. Great restaurant!

One of the best pannekoekenhiuses you can find on this planet! We're visiting it a couple times per year since around 1990. Didnt change a lot! Kaas-gember and kaas-salami are staples you should not miss! Though the more elaborate pannekoeken are also superb - experimenting recommended! After stuffing yourself you can visit the nearby nature reserve which is a stunning view all year round!

I was finishing an astonishing ride throughout the forest in Arnhem and decide was time to eat setting course to "Strickland" boy when I arrived to this place my heart filled with joy because of the appearance, the location the history of the owner that is the third generation family member, all those things give it and incredible character, the quality of the Pannekokens was amazing from the salty to the sweet ones, I can't recommend enough this place to anyone that have the opportunity to visit it
Pro tip:
1. If your with someone else then ask for a salty and sweet one so that you experience the two spectrum's
2. This is a smallish town don't go to late, I meant don't manage time like in a big city they probably close earlier

Very tasty pancakes. We ordered banana special was lovely . the italian pizza one was amazing. The others we had were very good too. Parking on site. English menu has most but not all the options. You can look at their website with translation for full menu

Only tried this place the last night before we went home. Just as well because we would have left the Netherlands several kilos heavier if we had discovered it sooner... Excellent range of savoury or sweet pancakes at a reasonable price (from 7 to 12 euros), decent coffee too. I would wholeheartedly recommend a visit (or two..)
