Very unique experience.

We decided to escape the city for the weekend and explore the Netherlands.
We found this restaurant randomly and decided to try their Molenaar Arrangement - dinner with wine pairing, breakfast and overnight stay. Total for two people €370

Amazing!

Dinner was spectacular! Wine pairing just perfect and we asked for the desert to be brought up to our room so we can enjoy it on the couch listening to the music.

I loved it! Perfect romantic getaway and unique stay in a refurbished old windmill.

What an incredible place! So cozy, elegant and the food.. AMAZING! Everything was so tasty and made with love. We loved all our surprise menus! You could taste the freshness of all ingredients! The chef was also very attentive together with the other staff. It was indeed an amazing experience!

Martin is amazing! We had the 8-course meal and stayed the night at the windmill and got incredible personalized service. This is for sure one of the best restaurants in the Netherlands, and Martin is one of the most talented chefs!

Cosy restaurant in the base of a windmill. Exemplary flavor profiles. Prix fixe of 3-6 courses served omikase (chef's choice) style. Very good value.

Absolutely delicious. We had the 8 course menu and everything was great. The food is fresh and the people are very friendly. You can have a wine pairing with the dishes but there is also a non-alcoholic pairing which we also really liked. They have a small room and you can stay there for the night as well which is a nice experience.

I ate here last night. My fiancee and I decided to go for the 6 course option and my fiancee got the wine pairing also.

The best dining experience that we've ever had, hands down. Everything was of a 5 star quality. Hospitality, food quality and presentation and the service were all the best I've ever experienced.

The meal and experience was all topped off with a beautiful selection of homemade chocolates with coffee.

No words for it. It was great, they where nice and really attent, never seen anything like it. When asked I told them I didn't like pumpkins, a few dishes layer (we where with a group ~25) I got a plate with the pumpkin removed, really nice tiny detail. Allthough I don't like a lot of stuff, I was surprised about the flavors and how everything tasted. Congrats to the shefs!
AL things where good in flavor and a lot of different flavors to, theve found the perfect balance, it was not overdone.
I do not know what the price would be (I guess high?), but I can confirm that the quality and service was amazing!

We went for lunch. The place is cosy, the people are so friendly and the food a dream. We loved every single bit. Creative, delicious, surprising. We absolutely recommend it. Thanks to Martin and his team for a memorable lunch. And also the molenaar for guiding us through the windmill. :-)

Great food in an eight course surprise menu. Well worth paying a visit if you're into good food.

Heerlijk gegeten en genoten van het meest uitgebreide menu! Bediening en chef zijn super aardig, nemen de tijd aan tafel en leggen je echt in de watten. Kortom vriendelijke bediening en lekker eten! Top!

Hammer Location !!! Wir haben dort zum Hochzeitstag feiern übernachtet und vor Ort Fine Dining 5 Überaschungs Gänge genossen. Mega Lecker, wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal hier Essen!!! Wir hatten einen unvergesslichen 13. Hochzeitstag ❤

Met elke verjaardag 🎉verrassen mijn man en ik elkaar met een heerlijke etentje. Gisteren heb ik mijn man mogen verrassen met een 6 gangen verrassingsmenu ..... in een woord WAUW. 🎶

Bij aankomst werden vriendelijk verwelkomd door de chef kok en gastheer zelf "Martin Kooijker" en daarna was het alleen maar genieten van het overheerlijke culinaire 6 gangen diner, die de gastheer ons in details had verteld, dat daarna als kunstwerk door de geweldig gastvrouw geserveerd. Mijn man en ik vielen van de ene na de ander verbazing, genieten van de rijkvolle smaken die je proeft bij elke gerecht, met de bijpassende wijnen en ook voor de BOB mijn man maakt de gastheer heerlijke voortreffelijke (zonder alcohol) cocktails.

Mijn man en ik hebben er een favoriete restaurant bij waar we zeker vaker komen eten en genieten❤ Dit restaurant de Molenaar heeft terecht een Michelin ster op zijn naam staan.

Voor een ieder die van culinair heerlijk eten houdt om ervan te genieten is "de Molenaar" zeker een aanrader.

Wij hebben een onvergetelijke en gezellige avond gehad.

Gisteren heerlijk gegeten bij de Molenaar. Het personeel is bedreven met zijn vak en je voelt de liefde die ze er voor hebben. Ze paste zelfs het menu volledig glutenvrij voor mij aan waardoor ook ik een fantastische avond heb gehad! Zeker een aanrader en we komen graag nog een keer terug!
