Novotel Eindhoven

What a great experience. I travel often for work and have seen my share of hotels but your staff is some of the best. Very helpful and extremely polite! My room was comfortable and clean. Last, but not least, the food and service at the restuarant and bar were great! Thank you for taking such good care of me during my stay.

We had a family girls night out with 3 generations. We played games in the lounge area in the evening & had such a wonderful experience. The staff if so sweet & accommodating. Thx for a terrific stay in your beautiful hotel.

It is a nice hotel with amenities, the only limitation is the location from the airport bus station which should take about 15-20 min to reach the hotel where some roads don't have pedestrian walkways, and should use bikeways to reach the hotel.

All in all, I am happy with the hotel.

Lovely one night family stay before picking up our rental car from the airport. A bit pricey for taxi for 5 minute ride (€20), but hotel is really lovely. Nice grounds, pool and terrace. Had a really nice dinner and staff were so helpful, efficient and friendly. Room very comfortable. Double bed and double sofa bed. Compact but adequate space. Really good night’s sleep. Breakfast too pricey for us so we skipped.

Excellent customer service at the check in but unfortunately they didn't tell me that the bar closed at 23.00.
When , I went to the at 22.58 , the bar attender turned away and when I asked for a drink at 23.01 she said the bar was closed. Very unprofessional as she could had served me before.

Very close to airport, only 5 min by car or 20 min to walk. Clean rooms, nice staff and good breakfast.

Excellent. The food is outstanding, with a chef who could not be more helpful. The staff are both friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside is the location, which is near the airport (but no noise) and a distance from the city centre - though the taxi drivers are great.

Great hotel. Being honest, it isn't pretty from the outside, but inside is totally different. Spacious, well laid out. Our room was lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Superb breakfast. Walking distance to eindhoven airport (along the canal, 20 mins). Overall, a super hotel. Really impressed. Especially with Carlo behind reception.

Very good experience. We prefer Novotel Eindhoven since many years, due to value for money, location, and amenities.

This is a nice hotel to stay.
No issues at all.
Inside it's better than it looks from outside.
Easy to access. Parking available through the gates. Not free.
A nice area around for the morning run.
Breakfast 22€. It doesn't look like worth it.
Nice and friendly staff. Easy check in.
Rooms are cozy, beds comfortable. Quiet to sleep.
Good for it's money.

Stayed here for a night before flying from Eindhoven airport early in the morning.
The reason I will remember the place is due to the friendly barkeeper from Italy, who made us feel very at home!
Rooms were good, though would have been nice to have some more paper cups (or proper ones) to not have to drink the morning coffee out of the same paper that had the remains of my tea.

To walk towards the airport you have to walk on the bicycle tracks, as there is no pavement, which is a little awkward, but possible. Obviously that isn't the hotel's fault.

Absolutely made us so welcome from the front desk to the restaurant. If you are looking for a stop over en route then cannot recommend more highly. Thank you Novotel for a fabulous experience

Great chef, Superb food, the room was Fair, the pool was good, and the outdoor seating, a large garden and plenty of free parking. The staff is nice.

Fantastic decent quality clean hotel. Drinks from the bar were good and the staff were even better - highly recommended

Top hotel for layovers. The courtesy of the staff is amazing and so are the beds. It was just a perfect stay with a great quality sleep. Furthermore, the cleanliness is great as well. I just can recommend this hotel to everyone. Thanks for the great experience!

The hotel itself is very good, very comfortable bed, tasty breakfast, but the main thing that make return here every my stay in Eindhoven is excellent service! Any your problem will be solved immediately. The hotel is absolutely worth to stay!

Great hotel really friendly staff. Lovely pool and the gardens are just perfect. Paper cups in the room a little kack prefer real cups and enough for all guests but I will use this hotel again. Loved it.
