Bloem Atelier Hoorn heeft de bloemen voor onze trouwdag verzorgd. Zowel het boeket op de auto als het bruidsboeket als de polscorsages, het was allemaal perfect verzorgd.

Met een paar simpele aanwijzingen over de overledene, wist men een prachtig rouwboeket samen te stellen.

Bos bloemen bij de buren bezorgd waar ik pas 6 dagen later achter ben gekomen. “Je kunt het daar ophalen” Ga natuurlijk niet een bos van 6 dagen oud nog terughalen.
Totaal geen service om de klacht op te lossen. “Wij hebben de opdracht voltooid” Lekker makkelijk en kortzichtig antwoord dat ervoor heeft gezorgd dat ik mijn bloemen bij een andere winkel zal halen voortaan. Ik was zelfs tevreden geweest met een bosje tulpen, maar 0 meedenken in service. Erg jammer…
