ING-servicepunt

Useless, don't come here if you have problem with your account.
Contracted a mortgage with ING, they did not create an account for me nor a joint account for me and my wife.
Now I can't open open an account because I am already a "customer" but can't connect because I do not not have login details nor a card.
Give you a paper that explains the smartphone application even if you say that it won't work. Lose 10min watching you try and then say "the server do not work...". That is your problem not mine.
Then do not give you any mail to directly contact ING but give you the phone number that you already know and is uselesd as well.
Conclusion: no way to contact ING easily, no real banker in front of you that could literally unblock the situation in 2 clicks.

aan MIJ gegeven code
Geen door criminelen gedane mail accepteren en hierop reagerrn
Kortom mijn rekening veiliger
beheren

Zeer slecht! Je kunt niet eens een brief achter laten

Het service team is echt slecht
