Ubuntu Strandbar

We are here visiting from the states and ate at Ubuntu twice. Both times we were blown away. The food is incredible (highly recommend the chicken skewers and the flatbread starter). We loved the vibe inside between the fireplaces and the decor, it was the perfect place to spend a rainy evening. We also were pleased with the prices. If you’re in zandvoort, you have to visit!!

Lovely vibes, chill and friendly service, tasty food options…a great all-rounder on the beach, both inside and outside!

Perfect spot to grab casual dinner and drinks by the sea. The dreamiest restaurant setting you could think of!

Such a great atmosphere!! The view is of the beach and the music is always great. We had a lunch and the food came out super quick and with perfect presentation and taste. Even though it was busy we were able to find a table to fit 5 of us and move if needed with the help of lovely staff. It’s aesthetically beautiful too ✨

Nice view, nice people working there, Food is delicious, Fine drinks, and much more. Its a nice Place to be in Zandvoort. Come and join these girls and boys there. I love it ❤

A really wonderful place!
All the service people are doing a really great job.
The music, the vibrations, the setting, the interior and everything was really perfect.
My boyfriend ate the best fish dish he ever had. The homemade lemonade was delicious, refreshing and not too sweet. And for this quality the prices are really good.

Ubuntu is a great choice when you are visiting Zandvoort. I loved the atmosphere and the service was very good and fast. The prices can be compared to other next door restaurants.

Of all the beach pavilions we've been to, this was clearly the best by far. We visited it three times in our short trip and every dish is recommended. The Tuna Steak was especially good! Service is also very friendly and great ambience too. We come again

Wow! Have been here before but didn’t remember it that good. Super nice interior design and outdoor seating. Even though you pay a premium like in all beach clubs, the food was really really good. Favorite out of all 6 people: the tuna steak. The steak itself was pretty tasty, but the sauce that came with the black rice was out of this world! Really amazing. You could give just me a large bowl rice with this sauce and I‘d be very happy.
The service was also really good.

Nice setting, cool vibes. Really worth it. (And try the Pornstar Martini if you like vanilla - never had one before, also super tasty and special).

Relaxed bar on the beach, indoor/outdoor seating, warm and cozy, very nice and friendly staff, dogs are welcome inside...
Food and drinks are tasty and also the coffee is very good.

Upon entering Ubuntu, I was amazed how everybody working there was extremely nice and welcoming ( oh and everyone working there is beautiful) !!! Then came the food 🤤....every dish was better then the last!! I was very happy with my experience at Ubuntu and I'm planning my next visit very soon. Thanks for a great time.

Such a cool and cozy place to have breakfast/brunch. Prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly. Great seating inside and out. The poké-bowl is awesome.

Ubuntu is the place to be! My husband and I had a delicious dinner served by friendly staff. The ambiance was very cozy and romantic. We enjoyed the deep house tunes and the whole experience gave us a bit of Ibiza vibes even on a stormy Tuesday evening. 👌

Amazing, nice accommodations in front of the beach, the attention of the waiters are nice, lovely team. The drinks are amazing and with a fair price, you order by web and pay it online also, what makes a bit annoying but is totally comprehensive why. Is really comfortable 🤍🌊

Extremely friendly service despite the full hut. The food - we took the ubuntu bowl - was delicious but the fresh minty mint drink was the best. The waiting time was less than 20min.

A place that's feels like a holiday in the Netherlands. Service is friendly, location is perfect where you can choose for a table on or off the sand.

Everything was good! Service was good and the food was also tasteful! The place was very aesthetic and had nice lights on the terrace. I would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back!
