私もコンビニ店員を経験していたので業務は理解しています。
低評価が出ている店舗ですが場合によってはそれだけ従業員さんの自我が出ている店舗だと思われます。
その店員の自我をどう生かすか、それが運営さんに求められている。自分なりに解釈してそう自分で考え意見しました。
スパーは日本からなくなりましたがその失敗をオランダでして欲しくない。

Ik moest even naar de toilet. Ten eerste zag ik dat je 50 cent moest betalen. Ik dacht nou het zou vast wel schoon zijn. Ik ging naar binnen. Ten eerste de grond is smerig alsof het maanden niet schoongemaakt is. De wc bril is los en erg oud. Daarna wou ik mijn handen wassen maar de kraan was los. Er waren geen papieren doekjes en de handdroger was kapot.
