Bax Shop is the closest we get to any big surface music store around here. And online, they’re currently the ONLY shop in the low lands of Europe to have an important presence! In their Goes HQ, everything is always ready for pickup. If you go without having reserved and paid your article first, prepare to wait for them to get it out of storage. It often takes 30 to 60 minutes AFTER you paid. That’s my only negative! Oh yeah: take the optional « 3-month no question return » option if you’re in any doubt. You get 30 days standard.

I don't understand the bad reviews of this place. I visited it today to check out some guitars and amplifiers. The staff was really helpful and they got me guitars that were not in store but in the warehouse as well without any problems. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely buy from here.

I have to say, dispute all the bad reviews here is a positive one for you.

I placed an order 9pm on Wednesday evening, it was at my front door by 11am on Friday. Absolutely flawless and I couldn’t fault one thing. I ordered from the Bax music UK website and it arrived with detailed tracking from parcel force.

Great shop with an amazing selection of instruments. We went there for a starter set for an electric guitar for our son and got great recommendations. The staff knows their stuff, they are friendly and thinking with you to find exactly what you need. We are very happy with our purchase.

Once you have the employees attention, they are willing to go really in-depth with you on all kinds of stuff. I do recommend coming in hours where it's a bit more quiet though.

Had great advice every time I had contact with the people from Baxshop. I am really glad with the products that I bought even after several years. Bax provide a very efficient service with no messing around. They dispatch on the same day and their customer service is very reasonable. One of the couple of music suppliers I use regularly for my band.

One of the better music stores in the Netherlands. They have a great variety of budget products, but also the more expensive brands are present. A large store, but it still feels cozy. Professional personnel that has a lot of knowledge about their products is present, just to help you. Not to bother you. 5/5 would shop here again! (Or online)

An amazing music store. They have pretty much everything that's advertised in the webshop on display and if they don't they might even get it out of storage for you. Even if you don't plan on buying anything, go and visit for the atmosphere. If it's even a little busy you can hear and see people doing something they love in the field of music.
